I'm doing "a day in the life" at a local mom's board and figured I'd share the pics here too!

Good morning all!!! We're off to a great start, Raemi slept 11 hours last night only waking up to nurse once!!!

She's napping now so I finally get to share some pics (I tried to earlier but was nursing Raemi at the same time and Raemi hit something that made my post disappear so I gave up)

Good morning Raemi:

Raemi nursed while I uploaded those pics, then we went outside to let her run around and wear herself out for her nap.

Tired and ready to go take a nap (she was patting herself on the head, which she does as like a "good job" thing I'd asked her if she was ready for night-night and she said "nigh-night" which I guess she figured deserved some praise. ):


She's awake now, the roofers woke her up, but she's still tired she and Kida are both lying under my desk.

Lunch was just us girls, daddy usually comes home but got stuck at work. We had spaghetti and peas and carrots...you can tell Raemi LOVES it, huh?


Handing the noodle to me cause she was done eating (after 2 bites...but I actually didn't even expect her to put any in her mouth, she usually won't):

She decided to crawl on her hands and feet, and seemed very fascinated by the fact that she could leave footprints:


OK, I really don't understand this girl...she HATES food that is at all messy or sticky, won't play with play-doh or anything, but she LOVES to get covered in paint or mud:

Then she had a bath, but no pics of that cause last time I tried to take pics in the bath she threw a cup of water at me. :lol Then I nursed her...hoped maybe she'd take another nap since she didn't sleep long earlier, but the roofers are still too loud to allow that. Now she's playing with a toy she hasn't had out in awhile so I could update. We're about to go outside; at this time yesterday there were some sprinklers on that she had a blast playing in so I'm gonna see if they're on again. We just found out Daddy has a work thing and won't be home till 9 or 10, so I'm gonna try to stay busy to pass the time.

Evening pics:

Mike dropped by quickly to bring me a Subway sandwich for dinner (and a cookie and chips as a special treat).

I got him to take a pic of me and Raemi:


And I took a pic of him and Raemi, but she was being fussy:


She had no interest in eating dinner, she just wanted out of her highchair...her dinner ended up being olives from my sub (the only thing in a sub sandwich that she likes):


Then she ate part of the cookie Mike brought me:


You know she's tired when she not only lies on the floor, but doesn't even get up when I come over with a camera:


It was still early enough, though, that I was afraid if I put her to bed she would think she was just napping and want to get up in an hour, so we went out on the porch for awhile. She was very excited:

It was soo cute, she kept going over to the cardboard box that was still out from the fingerpainting and dancing on it like it was her own little stage or something:

And then it was bedtime. I don't have any bedtime pics. I took pics of her before and after her bath and all cozy in her jammies and me nursing her to sleep. I told my camera to upload all pics like I always do, and then I erased the pics from my camera before making sure they'd all been uploaded cause there'd never been a problem before. But for some reason those pics weren't uploaded. I'll check from now on, but I'm really sad that I lost the last part of her day.
