Really works! LOL! For 3 or 4 weeks now Mike and I have been sharing a Subway footlong for dinner and we've both slimmed down a lot. I've actually lost 7 or 8 pounds! We're just eating a small amount of baked chips with it, a tuna or chicken salad sandwich with baked chips or apple for lunch, and a small snack in the afternoon and/or at night if we need it. The craziest thing is we're not at all sick of it, in fact we really look forward to it every evening. Any time before that we've eaten the same thing numerous times in a row by 3 or 4 days we're both soo tired of eating it that we run and grab some taco bell or something instead because whatever we'd been eating just sounds way to unappetizing to eat again. Now if it just wasn't so darn hot and we could more easily go walking together in the evenings. =-D

Awesome! Way to go!! I think I could eat Subway every day & not get bored. Their sandwiches are so yummy!
