I saw this on another blog I visit, and it looked like WAY to much fun to miss out on. So I decided to procrastinate the dishes and laundry I should be doing right now and join in on the party instead!

I'm Heather, a stay at home mom to my sweetheart, Raemia, who is nearly nine months old; and wife to the love of my life, Mike. My family is an incredible blessing to me and I thank God for them every day!!!
Here's one of my favorite pics of my baby girl, from when she was about 2 weeks old.
I don't currently have a good family picture to share, but we just had professional pictures taken yesterday. I'll get them sometime after Friday and will share one at that time! [ETA - the photographer sent me a preview of a family picture, it's now on the top right corner of the homepage!]
So, a little more about me. I used to be a modern dancer, but decided the competitive lifestyle of professional dance wasn't for me. I now dabble in photography, and am writing a young adults fantasy fiction novel (or at least I WAS before Raemia was born and will pick it back up as soon as I can spend more than 5 minutes at a time on the computer. Right now I'm only able to get on here for a moment or two at a time. I started this post when Raemia went down for her morning nap, got the first 2 sentences written and then she woke up. It's now an hour an a half later and she finally let me get back on the computer, but who knows how long that will last, lol).
